When you arrive at your appointment you will need to complete an intake form. If you prefer you can download and fill at the form prior to your appointment. You must print it out and bring a physical copy to your appointment. It is found here.

If you prefer you can fill it out at the beginning of your appointment instead of printing out your own copy. This could make your appointment take longer. You will have someone there who can help you fill it out.

Make sure to bring a photo I.D., your Social Security card or Tax Identification Number card and your bank account information (routing number and account number) with you to your appointment.

The IRS is no longer offering paper checks so to get your refund you will need a valid bank account or digital wallet. You can find more information here.

If you are filing a joint return, both tax payers must be present at the appointment.

Please be sure to have ALL tax documents, this should be done in one sitting. Due to high demand for our services and limited appointments, taxpayers may book only ONE appointment, multiple bookings may be deleted and you may be put on a waitlist if your return requires more than three hours. Most returns should take 1-2 hours.
